After a participant completes an online payment, their credit card statement displays a line item for the registration. To help participants recognize the charge, you can customize the descriptor to include your organization's name or another identifying detail. This customization applies to Visa and Mastercard payments only. American Express statements will always display ACTIVEWorks Camps.
To access and edit the name that appears on your participants' credit card statements:
- Click
at top right of the page
- Click Financial Settings on the right sidebar
- Edit field Name appearing on credit card statements
- Note: The Name appearing on credit card statements should reflect your organization’s name or the individual authorized to receive funds on the organization’s behalf.
- Click Save
