After sending an email, a delivery report is available showing delivery details and actions taken by recipients. Below are instructions to view the email delivery report for a particular message:
Click EMAIL tab
Check box next to the sent email to view
Click Report
The following fields are available on email report:
Email
Subject
Date (that message was sent)
From name
From email (similar to noreply@awntx3.email.active.com)
Note:Messages are sent directly from ACTIVE Network servers to prevent rejection
To
Recipients (total number)
Description
Status (can change as messages are distributed)
Delivery
DELIVERED
Note: Click download arrow beside Delivery to download Delivery report, this report includes both delivered and failed emails addresses.
FAILED
Actions
OPENS
CLICKS
REGISTRATIONS
COMPLAINS
UNSUBSCRIPTIONS
Note: Click download arrow beside Actions to download Actions report
New email
Check the boxes to include or exclude some status to filer out recipients
Click New email button to send a new email
Note: At this time we recommend opening all reports in Microsoft Excel to avoid any formatting issues
