When your customers log in to their online account to make a payment, if they have more than one order they will have to make a payment to each order separately. They cannot make one payment for all orders with balances.
- Note: Ex: If a customer has four orders that are $100 each and they want to pay off the entire balance, they will have to make four $100 payments separately.
- Note: Ex: If a customer has 5 orders and they only want to pay a portion of each order they will have to make 5 payments in the desired portion amount.
