Add Question back to Registration Form

Below are steps to add a custom question back to a registration form after it was removed.

1. From the Home page, click Setup under desired season
2. To the right of screen, select Registration Forms (6th step)
3. Click Customize Registration Form
4. Click Add Form Element
   • 
5. Select Custom Question
6. Scroll through Custom Question Library and check desired question box
7. Click Apply
8. Click Save and Continue

Below are steps to add ACTIVE default questions back to a registration form after it was removed. 

1. From the Home page, click Setup under desired season
2. To the right of screen, select Registration Forms (6th step)
3. Click Customize Registration Form
4. Scroll to the bottom of the Participant Questions or Parent/Guardian Question section
5. Click the orange Add tab

6. Click Save and Continue
