Cannot Edit or Add Sessions

Camp & Class Manager will not allow you to copy a season or add/edit sessions in a season if the deposit amount is set to 100%. When you click save and continue an error message will pop up or changes made will not take effect.
To check the amount of your deposit follow the steps below.
  1. From Home page click Setup
    • Note: first option located under desired season name.
  2. Select Deposits and Payment Plans
    • Note: Third Step in blue located to the right of screen.
    • Deposit Amount Feature Location
  3. Select another deposit option or edit percentage amount to a value less than 100
  4. Save and Continue
