Track sold merchandise and update item status. 

Follow steps below to access feature and export report.
  1. Click Add-Ons tab
  2. Select Merchandise tab
  3. Under Actions click Fulfillment Report
  4. Click Export
    • Note: Option to filter report by Merchandise item, Variant, Session, Status or Date delivered per season.
Follow steps below to update status of an item for a participant.
  1. Check box next to desired participant name
    • Note: Check box next to Participant column header to select all listed participants.
  2. Click Update Status dropdown
  3. Select Mark as Pending or Delivered
    • Note: Date delivered will reflect the date the status was changed from Pending to Delivered.
Follow Steps Below to email participants from report.
  1. Check box next to desired participant name 
    • Note: Check box next to Participant column header to select all listed participants.
  2. Click Email Selected People
