New: Updating Waiver Status as Received

If users submitted hardcopy waivers, system users could manually update the waiver status as "Received". Steps are as below: 

1. Search desired participant name under People tab 
2. Click View next to the season name in participant's account 
3. Click Edit on the right side menu

4. Click the Not received button and the status will updated to Received
