To enable and configure self-transfer for a specific season, check steps below:
- Log in your CCM account
- Under desired Season, click Setup link
- Click Self-transfer under Settings at right side
- Turn on Allow self-transfer switch (disabled by default)
- Set Transfer-out rules (required), click Create rule
1). Create rule (up to 20 transfer-out eligibility rules can be created)
a. Configure 'Registrants can self-transfer date range' (required)
b. Set Transfer fee and Fee type (Flat Dollar Amount or Percentage)

- Note: If Percentage is selected, then the transfer fee = Total amount of the original registration * Transfer fee Percentage.
c. Click Create tier (up to 20 transfer-out eligibility tiers can be created) if fee amount varies based on different transfer date (optional)
2). Transfer-out session applicability
a. Check 'All sessions' (selected by default) or 'Selected sessions'
- Note: Each session can only be associated with one rule; once all sessions are associated with rules, no additional rules can be created
3). Click Save
- Note: View transfer-out sessions associated with a rule, click View. Edit a rule and delete a rule by clicking the corresponding icons.
- Set Transfer-in session applicability
- Note: The Sessions that registrants can only view and select within the Self-Transfer flow need to be open for registration, set to Session Display Status: Online, and have spots available.
- Set Exceptions (optional)
a. Allow transfers without fees within first [24/48] hours after purchase.
b. Don’t allow transfers [1-355] days before the start of the original Session the participant is registered for.
