Running or Exporting a Coupon Usage Report

Coupon usage reports detail on how the coupons were used. To run or export a coupon usage report:

1. Click Home tab
2. Click on the Season name.
3. Click Coupons tab
4. Locate coupon
5. Check box next to coupon name
6. Click Usage report.
7. Click link to access a participant's transaction history
   • Note: The report will contain a link to each order number and name for the person who used the coupon.
8. To export report in Excel, click Export

• Note: The data display in Coupon usage report are summary of the coupon numbers which actually applied to orders.The data display on the coupon dashboard under coupon tab are the summary of how many coupons were applied at checkout page when a registration is submitted, including cancelled and transferred registrations.
