Viewing and Deleting Saved Credit Cards

Agency users can now view a list of saved credit cards along with their expiration dates for a consumer within their person profile.
  1. Go to People tab
  2. Click on a name
  3. Go to Saved credit cards section

Note: Agency users with the User cannot make transactions or modify orders check box enabled can also view this list of saved credit cards.

To remove a saved credit card, agency users can:
  1. Go to People tab
  2. Click on a name
  3. Go to Saved credit cards section
  4. Click Delete
  5. Click Yes
  • Note: Card associated with payment plans can also be removed from the list, but won't affect the automatic installment payments.
