People tried to open the document links in the emails they received but cannot, and receive the error "This page isn't working, fileserver.aw.active.com sent an invalid response. ERR_RESPONSE_HEADERS_MULTIPLE_CONTENT_DISPOSITION".

Usually this is because that the file name contains a comma, removing it or replacing it with underscore and then re-uploading the document file will remove the error.
