- Click Setup under desired Season name
- Click Sessions
- Click Session name
- Click Assign Instructor
- Note: If "Assign Instructor" is greyed out, ensure the session has a Time set
- Select an Instructor
- Note: The system will not allow an instructor to be added if the Days of the week is not assigned to the session, or does not match with the session Dates.
- Note: The system will notify you of scheduling conflicts, but you may still proceed. This does not affect Instructor Portal access.
- Note: The system may indicate that an instructor is unavailable, but you may still choose to assign them.
- Click Apply
- Repeat step 4 to add additional instructors (up to 10)
- Click Save and Continue
