Assign Instructors to a Session

Agency users can assign one or multiple instructors to a session from the session setup page. Assigned instructors will appear to customers and will gain access to the Instructor Portal and Attendance Portal. Follow the steps below to add instructors to an existing session.
  1. Click Setup under desired Season name
  2. Click Sessions
  3. Click Session name
  4. Click Assign Instructor
    • Note: If "Assign Instructor" is greyed out, ensure the session has a Time set
  5. Select an Instructor
  • ​​Note: The system will not allow an instructor to be added if the Days of the week is not assigned to the session, or does not match with the session Dates.
  • Note: The system will notify you of scheduling conflicts, but you may still proceed. This does not affect Instructor Portal access.
  • ​​Note: The system may indicate that an instructor is unavailable, but you may still choose to assign them.
  1. Click Apply
  2. Repeat step 4 to add additional instructors (up to 10)
  3. Click Save and Continue
