This article explains how to add your Tax ID number so it appears on customer order receipts and financial statements.
  1. In top right corner of database, click User-added image
  2. Select Organization settings 
  3. Under Public facing contact information, enter information in Tax ID number box
  4. Click Save
Note:  Only account owner can add the TAX ID number
