Associate Merchandise with Sessions

This article explains how to associate merchandise with a session so the item can be sold on the registration form.
  1. Select Setup under desired season
  2. Click Sessions on right side bar
  3. Select the name of desired session
  4. Scroll to Associated merchandise 
  5. Click Add
  6. Select one or multiple items 
  7. Click Select 
  8. (Optional) Double‑click Session Max to set the quantity available for that session
  9. (Optional) Double click Display Type to choose Normal, Pre-checked or Pre-checked and required 
    • Note: Pre‑checked and Pre‑checked and required are only available when the merchandise does not have variants. If variants exist, these options are disabled.
  10. (Optional) Click Save after setting Session Max and Display Type 
  11. Click Save and continue
