Use these steps to set up automatic email reminders for registrants who have not completed required forms by the due date.

  1. Click Home tab
  2. Click Setup under desired season
  3. Click Registration forms from menu on right
  4. Select the checkbox under Automatic email reminders
  5. Enter Delivery date

Note: Click Customize email reminder to edit the email, or use the default template, which automatically includes the registrant’s name and the season name

  1. Click Save and continue
