Use these steps to set up automatic email reminders for registrants who have not completed required forms by the due date.
- Click Home tab
- Click Setup under desired season
- Click Registration forms from menu on right
- Select the checkbox under Automatic email reminders
- Enter Delivery date
Note: Click Customize email reminder to edit the email, or use the default template, which automatically includes the registrant’s name and the season name
- Click Save and continue
