Resend Emails from Account Email History

You can resend emails that were previously sent to an account by using the Email History section. Follow the steps below to locate and resend an email.
  1. Search for customer name on the right side of the top menu bar
  2. Select appropriate account name
  3. Click Email History tab
  4. Find desired email to be sent
  5. Select Resend
  6. Select Send to confirm resending
