Update Waiver Status as Received

If a participant submits a hardcopy waiver, you can manually update the waiver status to Received in the system. Follow the steps below to update the status.

1. Search desired participant name under People tab 
2. Click View next to the season name in participant's account 
3. Click Edit on the right-side menu

4. Click the Not received button and the status will update to Received

5. Click Save

Note: Once a waiver has been electronically signed online during the registration process, there is not a way to change the status from received to not received.
