Copy a Segment

Copying a segment allows you to quickly create a new one using the same settings. After copying, you can update the segment’s conditions as needed.

 

  1. From the People tab, go to the Segments section and click All segments
  2. Check the segment that needs to be copied
  3. Click Copy
    • Note: Only one segment can be selected and copied at a time. If 100 segments already exist, a warning message will appear and copying will be prevented
  4. In the Copy a segment pop‑up, enter the new Segment name
  5. Click Yes
  6. (Optional) Click the newly copied segment and click Segment setup tab to edit the new segment's condition setup
