Create a Segment

 Segments allow you to filter people based on seasons, sessions, and additional attributes. Use these steps to set up a new segment.

 

1. Click People tab
2. Click All segments
3. Click Create your first segment
4. In Basic settings, enter the Segment name
5. Under Segment conditions, check season checkboxes and session radio buttons, then select seasons and sessions from dropdown lists
   • Note: At least one season must be selected before saving a segment
6. To add filters, click + Add conditions and select the required criteria from the dropdown list
   • Birthday
   • Custom questions
     • Note: Only custom questions belonging to filtered seasons are listed. Each segment can have up to 3 custom questions, and each question can only be selected once
   • Date of birth
   • Gender
   • Registration date
7. Click Save
   • Note: People matching all season, session, and condition filters appear under People in segment tab
