Display Organization Logo in Supplemental Form Reminder Emails

Automated reminder emails sent to participants for outstanding supplemental forms can display your organization's logo as the email header. This provides a consistent branded experience for participants completing required forms.

Organizations that have already configured a custom logo in Organization Branding will automatically see their logo applied. If no custom logo is configured, the system will display the default ACTIVE logo.

To configure your organization logo in the supplemental form reminder emails:

  1. Click action gear at the top right side of the page
  2. Click Organization Branding under Settings list at the right side
  3. Click Change logo button
  4. Click Upload new image button or Your images tab to select desired logo
  5. Click Save

Note: After configured, automated reminder emails will display your organization logo as the email header.
