Creating a Subheader

To create a subheader to organize custom questions on the registration form, follow the steps below:

1. From Home tab, click Setup under desired season
2. Click Registration forms from right side
3. Click Customize registration form
4. Click Add form element
5. Select Subheader
6. Name Subheader
7. Click Apply
8. Click Save and continue
