It is possible to delete a tuition rate in a session if there are no registrations associated with it. If you attempt to delete a tuition rate that has registrations associated with it, you are given the option to make the tuition inactive, so that it cannot be used in future registrations. Completed registrations remain unchanged.
To delete a tuition:
- From Home page, click Setup
- Click Sessions on right
- Click applicable session name in blue
- Scroll down to header Base Tuition
- Locate desired tuition
- Click Delete
- Select Delete Tuition
- Click Save and continue at bottom
- Note: Each session must have at least one active tuition rate
- Note: These steps can only be completed if there is more than one tuition available
