Reporting on Camper Notes

The content of Camper notes can be included in custom reports. When added to a report, the online version of the report includes a link to all of that camper's notes, including notes assigned to the entire family. The exported version of the report includes the full contents of all notes for each camper.
 

To add Camper notes to any custom report:

1. Click Home tab
2. Click Reports under appropriate season
3. Locate an existing report and click on the name
4. Click Customize > Edit columns. 
5. Locate Camper notes in Available columns
6. Check Camper Notes box and move to Selected columns
7. Click Save

• (Optional) Click Show notes link next to any camper to view note(s) online. 
• (Optional) Click Export to download to Excel. Camper notes column will include the full text of all notes for each camper.
