Run and Export a Coupon Usage Report

Use these steps to view how coupons were used.
  1. Click Home tab
  2. Click the Season name.
  3. Click Coupons tab
  4. Locate coupon
  5. Check the box next to the coupon name
  6. Click Usage report.
    • Note: The report includes a link to each order number and the name of the person who used the coupon
  7. Click Export
Note: The data shown in the Coupon Usage report is a summary of coupon numbers actually applied to orders.
Note: The data shown on the coupon dashboard under the Coupons tab is a summary of how many coupons were applied at checkout when a registration was submitted, including cancelled and transferred registrations
