The Deferred Revenue report provides details for each billing period, including upcoming payments from payment plans or scheduled billings, when those payments will occur, and the amount expected.
To access Deferred Revenue report:
- Click Finance tab
- Click Reports
- Select Deferred Revenue Report
- Select Time period
- Click Update
- Select Group By to group options
- (Optional) Select a season from Season drop down
- Select Export to download an Excel file to your computer
