Tuition rates can be deleted from a session if there are no registrations associated with them. If a tuition rate already has associated registrations, the system will provide an option to make it inactive instead, ensuring future registrants cannot select it while keeping completed registrations unchanged.
- From Home page, click Setup under desired Season
- Click Sessions on the right side
- Click the applicable session name in blue
- Scroll down to header Base Tuition
- Locate desired tuition, click Delete
- Select Delete Tuition
- Click Save and continue
Note: Each session must have at least one active tuition rate
