Secondary parent/guardian questions are optional and can be removed completely from your registration form if you do not wish to collect this information.
- From Home page, click Setup under desired season
- Click Registration forms on the right side
- Click Customize registration form button
- Scroll down to Secondary parent/guardian header
- Click Remove button on the right
- Click Save and continue
