Purchase Membership for Customers

Before purchasing a membership package, ensure it has been created using the process outlined in Create or Edit a Membership Package. Once created, you can purchase the membership for both existing and new customers.
  1. Under Home tab, click Register someone at the right side
  2. Select Membership
  3. Select desired Membership Package
  4. Select desired Package option
  5. Click Continue
  6. Enter the participant name
    • Note: Date of Birth is optional
  7. Click Search
    • Note: If no matches are found click Create a new record
  8. Click Register under desired participant 
    • Note: If the system Shows Possible Family Matches, click Select Family
      • Select desired participant name
      • Click Register
  9. Review or edit Participant information and Parent/guardian information
  10. Click Continue
  11. Make a Payment on the Review order and check out
  12. Click Complete order
