Camp & Class Manager tracks prospective customers who leave the registration process before completing their transaction. Once the feature is enabled, automated reminder emails can be configured to encourage customers to return and complete their event registration.

To enable this feature, please contact Technical Support at awcampssuport@activenetwork.com or call us at 1‑877‑692‑0111, option 2.

Please follow below steps to send abandon registrations emails:
  1. At homepage, click Setup for desired season
  2. Select Confirmation email
  3. Under Reminder email, select checkbox for Send this email 24 hours after the prospective registrant abandons their cart. it focus on marketing to encourage the customer to come back and register for the event
  4. Click Customize
  5. Enter Subject
  6. Compose Message
    • Note: The characters cannot exceed 20000 limit
  7. Click Save and Continue
Note: If the season is copied to create a new season, the configured Cart Abandonment Email content will be copied over automatically.
