Net Revenue = Total amount of items sold (includes unpaid registration balances). Transfers In are added, but amounts for Transfers out, Cancellations and Discounts are deducted from the total revenue to arrive at the net revenue amount.
Net Payments = Total amount of payments entered for items sold (does not include unpaid registration balances). Includes all payment types (credit card, check, cash), but does not include any fees (e.g., processing fees and per registration fees if these are not passed on to the registrant).
