1. Click Setup beneath Season
2. Click Registration Forms on right sidebar
3. Click Customize registration form
4. Click Edit button next to question that should be modified
5. Make desired changes
6. Click Save
Note: To remove a question, click the Remove button next to the question. Some questions are required by Active and cannot be removed.
