On the People tab, you can:
To search for a family:

- View a list of all people who have registered for an event
- Search by name or email
- Select a person and view their profile and their registration list
- Send an email by clicking on an email address
To search for a family:
- Enter First or Last Name of parent or participant
- Note: Name, age, phone numbers, and emails are all searchable criteria
- Select Enter
- Click appropriate account
