Organization users can now configure specific seasons to require submission and validation of a USA Hockey (USAH) confirmation number in the Online Registration Form and Internal Registration before allowing a registration to proceed.

The USAH confirmation number is used to query USA Hockey to validate the following information:
  • Participant last name
  • Participant first name
  • Participant email address
  • Season associated with the USAH confirmation number and whether the participant is eligible to register for the selected season
If any of the above validations fail, registration cannot proceed. Validated USAH confirmation numbers are saved with the participant’s information in the database.

Set up USA Hockey Integration:
  1. From Home page, click Setup under desired season
  2. Select Season from settings list on right hand side
  3. Check USA Hockey Memberships only checkbox
  • Note: USA Hockey Memberships only checkbox can only be viewed by Account Owner
  1. Select applicable USAH seasons
  2. Save and Continue
