To remove people from the Unsubscribed list so they can resume receiving broadcast emails, check the box next to their email address and click Delete.
The Unsubscribed list includes:
- Email: the email address of the customer who received a broadcast email and then clicked the Unsubscribe link.
- Date unsubscribed: the date the customer opted out
- Name: the name of unsubscribed customer
- Last email: the subject of the email in which the customer clicked the Unsubscribe link.
