ACTIVEWorks Endurance displays event/organization revenue in three different reports: Homepage Report, Dashboard Report, and Revenue Report. Each report displays accurate information, but it is possible for all three to display different information. The difference in the reports is a direct result of the type of data used and the length of time for each report to update.

Revenue Report:
 
Note: The revenue report - ledger entries report is the most reliable revenue report to view when determining actual revenue earned
 
Contains:
The data retrieved for selected dates is in your agency time zone. (except for Payment period, which will be retrieved for your selected dates in the GMT time zone)
In the downloaded ledger entries report CSV file, all dates and times are in the GMT time zone. (If you are in a different timezone, keep the time difference in mind when looking at a participant's registration date and time.)
 
Dashboard Report:

Note: This report will only display data from today up to the entire current month, to view the same data for a larger time period, view the Homepage Report

Homepage Report:

Note: This report defaults to Today's data, to view this report in a different time period you must select a different time period on the drop down menu located under "Activity across all events"

  • Confirmed Registrations
  • Claimed Pre-paid Registrations
  • Unclaimed Pre-Paid Registrations
  • Complete Express Registrations
  • ​Incomplete Express Registrations
  • Additional Purchases

​Experiences a 15 minute delay from the actual time the remittance is processed
