To manually allow pop-ups from a site using Chrome, follow the steps below:
  1. Click Chrome menu on browser toolbar
     ​​User-added image
  2. Select Settings
  3. Click Show advanced settings... link
  4. In the Privacy section, click the Content settings button.
  5. In the Pop-ups section, select Manage Exceptions
  6. Under Hostname pattern column type active.com and choose Allow
  7. ​Click Finished
