You can import your contacts from Outlook into an ACTIVE Works® recipient list, in order to send broadcast emails. To do this, you must first create a CSV file:
- Open your Outlook
- Select File, Open and Import and Export
- The Import and Export Wizard appears
- Select Export to a file and click Next
- Select Comma separated values (DOS) then click Next
- Select Contacts folder and click Next
- Name your CSV file, select a location, and click Next to save
- Click Finish to exit
Note The easiest way to view your new CSV file and check for errors is by opening it in a spreadsheet program, such as Excel.
