To join a Packet Pickup Group during registration, follow the steps below:
  1. Login to MyEvents.Active.com
  2. Find your registration
  3. Click Group packet pickup
  4. Click Join a Group
  5. Select Group
  6. Input Entry code
    • Note: if you do not have the entry code for the packet pick up group, contact the person that created the group 
    • Note: Neither the Event Director or Active support will have access to the entry code
  7. Click Save
