The error message "Error create all tracked url" can display in ACTIVE Works Endurance when text is added to an email, waiver, or description form. This error is usually caused by extraneous HTML data in the text. You can use a plain text editor (such as Notepad on Windows or TextEdit on Mac) to "clean" the text of HTML data.

1. Copy text from form box
2. Paste into a blank document in Notepad or a similar program
3. Copy text from document again

Note: You must re-copy text to remove rich-text formatting

4. Paste into respective ACTIVE Works form box
5. Save changes per task instructions

Note: Free text cleaners are available online - optionally perform a search for "text cleaners"
