We recommend using a supported browser to minimize issues accessing the administrative system.
Some users have reported that the ACTIVE Works application does not display properly due to varying screen resolution settings. To change your screen resolution, use the following instructions based on your operating system.
Windows XP Users:

1. Right-click Desktop, then click Properties
2. In the Display Properties dialog box, click the Settings tab

- Drag the Screen resolution slider to the left to decrease the resolution of your monitor (text and pictures appear larger)
- Drag the Screen resolution slider to the right to increase your monitor's resolution (text and pictures appear smaller)
4. Click Apply for the new resolution take effect
- If the Monitor Settings dialog box appears, look at your display:
- If you like the new resolution, click Yes
- If you don't like the resolution, click No, and return to step 3 for a different resolution
5. Click OK
Windows Vista Users:
1. Open the Ease of Access Center by navigating to Start > Control Panel > Ease of Access > Ease of Access Center
2. Under Explore all settings, select Make the computer easier to see
3. Under See also, select Personalize appearance and sound effects
4. In Personalize appearance and sound effects, select Display Settings
5. Under Resolution, select a resolution between Low (screen elements appear bigger) and High (screen elements appear smaller)
6. Click OK
