Un-Check In Participants with On-Site App

Below are the instructions to undo check in for one participant after open your event in On-Site App:

Note: Undo check in will not delete bib number. If you need to remove bib number from a participant, please follow the steps in Remove Bib Number from Participant
  1. Click CHECK IN

  1. Search participant with name, team, email or phone

  1. Click participant name from search results
  2. Click Undo Check In
