Below are the instructions to cancel membership after logging into ACTIVE Membership Manager:
- Click People
- Enter email address, membership number, order number, or names
- Click Search
- Click member name from search result under Membership
- Click Cancel membership under Action
- Select cancellation type, provide amount and reason on next page
- Click Save & continue
- (Refund only) Approve pending refund requests:
- Note: Refund transactions must be approved before money will be returned to member's Credit Card account
a. Click on People
b. Click on Refund approval on the right side of the screen
c. Select desired records found
d. Click on Approve selected to complete refund, or Decline selected to cancel refund
