- Note: If registrations have occurred and an answer needs to be changed, change the availability of the question from Online to Inactive then recreate the question with the desired answer options. Do not change the existing answer options or it will create problems with the reporting process.
1. Log into Organization Dashboard (HOME) using ACTIVE Works Endurance Login Page
2. Click desired event name, located in Your events section of Organization Dashboard (HOME)
3. Select Reports tab
4. Under Custom Registration Reports, click Create button
5. Select All or Custom date range
- Note: All times displayed in reports reflect Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) unless the user selects a custom date range. Reports pulled with a custom date range will reflect the time zone of your organization.
7. Drag desired fields from Available list to Selected list
8. Click Edit link next beside Selected column
9. Beside corresponding default labels, enter new label
- Note: If you decide to clear the new labels, click the Reset link or the Cancel button
- Example: You could change "Custom - Date" to "Team USAT Member Numbers"
12. Click download link for your report to open report
