Follow the steps for Creating a New Email with Premium Email Tool
Select On trigger under Schedule Delivery

Select when email should be sent
Select Price changes

Note: The drop-down will default to event starts

Check boxes next to prices you wish to have email notification sent for

Note: Selecting multiple events or price categories will send multiple emails

Click Send
