Change Organization Name

The organization name is used to identify an organization's account information within ACTIVE Network systems. The organization name established during organization setup initially determines payment information and contact information for events (these may be adjusted later), however organization name may not be adjusted. 

• Note: User submitting request must be an existing organizer for (and have access to) organization in question

1. Click Contact Us
2. Within What's your question?, enter:

• Note: Requested organization name should be 30 characters or less (although no character limit exists)
• Note: Support may only establish true organization names, similar bank accounts
• Note: Support may not establish individuals' names or event names as organization name.

3. Click Send

• Note: Support will review the request and respond based on the Service Level Agreement for your approved channel.
