Listed below are the different scenarios of how custom fees will function with different Category Transfer situations:
- Transfer to another category of equal price - Custom fee will neither be charged or refunded
- Transfer to another category of lesser price - Custom fee can be refunded
- Transfer to another category of greater price - Additional custom fee will be charged
Note: Refunds during transfers are not automatically done, the event director must select the option that allows the system to refund the difference during the transfer process
