Below are instructions to delete an existing additional purchase product
- Log in to ACTIVEWorks Endurance > choose event > click Setup > proceed to Additional Purchases (step 8)
- Click Edit
- Click trash can icon (
)
- If item has not been selected/purchased by registrants yet, it will be deleted immediately
- If item has been purchased, a message appears stating that the additional purchase cannot be deleted
- Click OK to inactivate additional purchase instead
- Note: This action is the same as changing the Availability to No one inAdvanced Settings
- Click Save
