Below are reasons why you may encounter performance issues in ACTIVEWorks Endurance: 

- You are using a browser that is not supported by ACTIVE Works (view Compatible Browsers for ACTIVEWorks Endurance and ACTIVE Works Requirements articles)

- Confirm that your computer meets the minimum system requirements specified (listed by browser, below):
- Internet Explorer Users: IE8 System Requirements
- Firefox Users: Firefox System Requirements
- Safari Users: Safari Downloads (Mac or Windows) - click on your operating system to view system requirements

- Confirm that your network connection works fine
