What is ACTIVE Refund?
ACTIVE Refund is an optional purchase available to you at checkout for certain activities that use Active Network software for activity registration. When purchased, ACTIVE Refund makes the underlying registration fee refundable, subject to these Terms and Conditions.Event Organizers: Note: If you receive a query from your participant indicating that they would like to cancel and refund the ACTIVE Refund service, please advise the registrant to reach out to ACTIVE consumer support team at support@active.com including the ACTIVE Refund Order ID or ACTIVE Refund Reference ID.
Note: After a participant claimed the ACTIVE Refund for their order, this specific order will show up as Cancelled with a cancellation fee. The order refund will be covered by ACTIVE Refund WITHOUT affecting your remittance.
Note: ACTIVE Refund is an optional purchase only available at checkout for certain activities in certain countries/locations, check Terms & Conditions for the countries/locations that supports ACTIVE Refund. If your country/location supports ACTIVE Refund but the offer is not showing at checkout for certain activities, below are possible reasons:
- Event currency and event country are not match. For example, the registration events use GBP currency and US country settings, while Active Refund offers configured for GBP currency and United Kingdom as the event country. This mismatch cause offers won’t show up on the checkout page.
- The event's registration fee amount (set up in event Setup > Registration categories step) is over Active Refund maximum eligible order price in their country/location.
- For US and UK, the maximum eligible order price is 2504.99;
- For CAD, AUD, NZD and EUR, the maximum eligible order price is 1500.
- These are standard numbers, there are organizations that are added in the exclusion list and have customized numbers.
