To pause trigger email:
- Go to Email tab from Home page
- From tab Regular email, select a desired trigger email
- Click Pause button
- Click OK
- Go to Email tab from Home page
- From tab Regular email, select a desired paused trigger email
- Click Open to enter the editing interface
- Edit the Sender and receipt, Tracking and click Save & continue
- Edit content and Subject and click Save & continue
- Edit Schedule delivery and Associated events and click Send
- Note: Once Send is selected, the system will either transmit the email instantly or queue it for delivery at the configured date and time. If required, the scheduled email can be paused again by performing the standard steps for pausing a trigger‑based email.
